Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston tijorat banklari raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda raqamli transformatsiya jarayonining ahamiyati va zamonaviy yondashuvlari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada 2020-2024 yillar davomida mamlakatimiz tijorat banklari tomonidan joriy qilingan raqamli texnologiyalar va ularning moliyaviy natijalarga ta’siri yoritiladi. Asosiy yondashuvlar sifatida mobil banking, onlayn to‘lov tizimlari, kreditlash platformalari, FinTech hamkorliklari va kiberxavfsizlik masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Raqamli transformatsiyaning banklar samaradorligi va mijozlar bazasiga ta’siri, shuningdek, Evropa va rivojlangan Osiyo mamlakatlarining ilg‘or tajribalari bilan solishtirma tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu yondashuvlar tijorat banklarining raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda asosiy omillar sifatida taqdim etiladi.
