This article analyzes the importance of the digital transformation process and modern approaches to enhancing the competitiveness of commercial banks in Uzbekistan. The article examines the digital technologies introduced during 2020-2024 and their impact on the financial results of the country's commercial banks. The main approaches include mobile banking, online payment systems, credit platforms, FinTech collaborations, and cybersecurity issues. The influence of digital transformation on the efficiency of banks and the client base is highlighted, and a comparative analysis is conducted with the advanced practices of European and developed Asian countries. These approaches are presented as key factors in improving the competitiveness of commercial banks.
