Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim tizimining zamonaviy sharoitlarida, jamiyatning texnologik rivojlanish muhitida o’qituvchi-talaba nisbatining ahamiyati va bugungi kunda ta’lim tizimi yuqori darajada rivojlangan mamlakatlarda amaldagi nisbat holatlari o’rganilgan. Pandemiya sababli vujudga kelgan global inqiroz natijasida ta’lim jarayonlarining samaradorligiga putur yetish holatlarining yaxshilanishi va muntazam murakkablashib borayotgan ijtimoiy munosabatlarning pedagog xodimlarga doimgidan ko’ra ko’proq mas’uliyat yuklayotgani keng muhokama qilingan. Shuningdek, O’zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimida o’qituvchi-talaba munosabatlarini optimal darajada ta’minlash masalalarining me’yoriy hujjatlardagi va amaldagi holatlari yoritilgan bo’lib, mazkur nisbatning yillar davomida o’zgarish dinamikasi tahlil qilingan.
