The article discusses the implementation of the conceptual framework for the development of domestic tourism in the Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation through two separate strategies, volume-based strategy and high-value strategy, based on the potential of the tourism industry. This included an analysis of the low-cost, high-value-added areas of mass tourism and the resource potential of the partnership area. The main motivation for travel is that the tourism market is segmented and their share is analyzed by dividing it into three groups such as local, incoming from neighboring countries and visits from distant countries. In addition, the PEST-analysis matrix of economic, political, cultural, technological factors influencing the measures to be taken in the development of the conceptual framework for the development of domestic tourism was proposed and the conclusions and recommendations were formed based on the results of the analysis.
