FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH TOURISM

Abstract

This scientific paper examines foreign experiences in the development of
health tourism. The article aims to analyze successful approaches in the field of health tourism and
the related economic, social, and cultural aspects. The research studies the health tourism systems
of countries such as Turkey, Thailand, India, and Germany, highlighting their successful practices.
Additionally, the paper analyzes factors such as government support for the development of health
tourism, improvements in healthcare quality, and the enhancement of competitiveness in the global
tourism market. In conclusion, health tourism is not only economically beneficial but also helps
improve global access to healthcare services and enhances the global competitiveness of countries.
