This paper explores the potential of applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and

in higher education institutions. The proposed model enables precise audience segmentation,
personalized communication, and predictive analytics to optimize marketing campaigns. By
integrating centralized data systems and behavioral analysis, universities can improve resource
allocation, increase reach, and strengthen their competitiveness in the educational market. The
research provides a data-driven foundation for implementing smart targeting approaches in digital
marketing for higher education
