Abstract

This article provides an in-depth analysis of increasing women's economic activity,
ensuring their financial independence, and raising employment levels by promoting their
participation in small business and entrepreneurial activities within the context of Uzbekistan. The
research evaluates mechanisms supporting women's entrepreneurship - such as microfinancing,
preferential loans, business incubators, mentoring programs, and gender-sensitive institutional
approaches - as an integrated strategic system. Additionally, the concepts of “collective agency,”
network-based development, and new social mechanisms that deeply engage women in economic
life are examined from a conceptual perspective
