Abstract

This research paper examines scientifically grounded ways to improve the
effectiveness of poverty reduction. The study analyzes the level of poverty and its influencing
factors, while also proposing directions for improving existing political and economic
mechanisms. It demonstrates that effectiveness can be enhanced through expanding labor market
opportunities, strengthening social protection systems, introducing innovative approaches, and
reinforcing the legal framework. Analytical, comparative, and statistical methods were applied in
the research.
