ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ИНСТРУМЕНТОВ АНАЛИТИКИ ДАННЫХ В ПРОЦЕССЕ РАЗРАБОТКИ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫХ СТАНДАРТОВ ДЛЯ РАБОЧИХ ПРОФЕССИЙ И УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКИХ ПОЗИЦИЙ В СФЕРЕ ТУРИЗМА

Abstract

The article explores the integration of data analytics methods – ABC- and XYZ analysis,
trend analysis, and the PDCA cycle – into the process of developing and updating professional
standards (PS) in the tourism sector. The authors highlight the specific features of job functions in
both operational and managerial positions (using the examples of a housekeeper and a facility
management manager), identify the advantages and limitations of each method, and propose the
original AXTP model (Analysis-eXecution-Trends-Process), which combines the strengths of all
approaches. The model is designed to ensure structural balance, adaptability, and the sustainable
renewal of PS.
