Abstract

The article analyzes the main aspects of attracting free funds from the population into innovation and investment capital, since the increase in demand for money from subjects of market infrastructures is explained by the fact that non-payments and replacement of cash surrogates are explained by real money. The smaller the money surrogates, the more real money in circulation. The economic nature of attracting free funds from the population into innovation and investment capital gives a specific character to the financial and economic relations of the country as a whole.
The mechanism for attracting free funds from the population requires great attention to the issues of organizing and managing financial support, adapting existing methods and techniques for the formation, distribution and redistribution of the country's financial resources. Various approaches are used to attract investment capital and restore the business activity of enterprises, which are impossible without targeted government regulation of key macroeconomic indicators.
