The article defines the role of the service sector in the socio-economic development of the country,
and also establishes the existence of a connection between the dynamics of development of the
service sector and the growth of income of the population employed in it. justified. As noted, the
development of the service sector, expansion of types of services, optimization of the network
structure of the service sector is one of the strategic directions for increasing the income of those
employed in the industry.
