The article analyzes the essence and features of the regional tourism cluster from a scientific and theoretical point of view. It is scientifically proven that the structural elements of a regional tourism cluster consist of a specialization block, a financial and legal block, an accompanying block, a science and education block, an administrative block and a consumer block. The stages of formation of a regional tourism cluster in the Samarkand region have also been developed.
