Abstract

effective management of social media marketing services in higher education institutions based on digital technologies has become an important strategy today. This article highlights the methods of using social media platforms of higher education institutions through the analysis of international and national experiences, the best practices of effective communication with the audience and the possibilities of strengthening the brand image. With the help of digital analysis tools, video marketing, targeted advertising and interactive activities, higher education institutions can increase the attractiveness of the educational process by expanding their audience and creating content tailored to them.
