ESG TRANSFORMATION OF TOURISM DESTINATIONS: METHODOLOGICAL INSIGHTS FROM CENTRAL ASIA

Туристские регионы Центральной Азии растут быстрее, чем позволяют их системы
управления. Статья ставит вопрос, который исследования обычно оставляют открытым: как
на деле трансформировать дестинацию? На основе полевых данных из четырёх узбекских
городов наследия ЮНЕСКО — 45 отелей, 247 туристов и трёхтурового Дельфи с 18
экспертами (собранных и впервые опубликованных в прежних работах автора) — автор
разрабатывает методологическую модель ESG-трансформации туристских дестинаций. Модель опирается на четыре принципа: трёхуровневая диагностика; приоритет управления
(G→E, DEC = 0,81); дестинация как единица изменений; ESG как драйвер, а не
ограничение.
