RESTORANLARDA HALOL OVQATLANISHGA BO`LGAN AHOLI EHTIYOJINING TAHLILI (BUXORO SHAHRIDA O`TKAZILGAN TADQIQOT NATIJALARI)
Аннотация
Halol ovqatlanish nafaqat diniy qadriyat balki bugungi kunda oziq-ovqatning sifat ko`rsatkichi darajasiga yetdi. Dunyoda musulmon aholining oshishi bu dinga e`tiqod qiluvchi davlatlar hamda aholisining asosiy qismi musulmon bo`lmagan hukumatlar oldida halol ovqatlanish masalasini qayta va qayta yuzaga keltirmoqda. Musulmon sayyohlar hamda musulmon aholining bazaviy ehtiyoji sanalmish halol restoranlarda musulmon-do`stona xizmatlarning joriy etilishi bugungi kunda dolzarb hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada yoritilgan tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi - aholisining asosiy qismi islom diniga e`tiqod qiluvchi hamda ziyorat turizmnini rivojlantirishga katta diqqat e’tibor qaratib kelayotgan mamlakatimiz restoranlarida halol ovqatlanishni joriy etishda aholining ehtiyoji qay darajada ekanligi, halol tushunchasining iste`molchilar ongidagi tushunchasi qanday ekanligi hamda halol restoranlar haqida ma`lumotga egalik darajasini bilish haqida ma’lumot olishdir. Iste`molchilarning fikr-mulohazalariga ega bo`lish uchun so`rovdan foydalanildi. So’rov natijalari Buxoro shahridagi restoran industriyasini yanada rivojlantirish uchun yo’nalishlar va tavsiyalar taqdim etiladi.
