INVESTMENT IN HUMAN CAPITAL AS A FACTOR OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Аннотация
The greatest wealth of a nation is man. The ultimate goal of human capital development is to expand human choice. The development process expands people's choices, increases their existing potential, allows citizens to live life to the fullest, and begins to fully realize their creative potential. And people are interested in such development. At the same time, man is a factor of development and change that arises because of this interest. This process must be conducted in a fair way for the well-being of all people and it must be based on the active participation of everyone.
