Global Halal Market -Statistics & Facts ma`lumotiga ko`ra musulmon aholining global miqyosda yiliga 20% o`sib borayotgani hisobiga “halol” (ruxsat berilgan) tushunchasi bilan birgalikda “toyyib” (yaxshi sifat) tushunchasining ham ahmiyati ortib bormoqda (Pacific, 2010). Global halol mahsulotlar bozorida halol oziq-ovqat bozori (36%) islomiy moliya (43%)dan keyingi ikkinchi o`rinni egallaydi. Islom iqtisodiyotidagi yetakchi davlat sifatida Malayziya kuchli va keng qamrovli halol standartini yaratishda muhim rolga ega. Halol standartlarini endigina yo`lga qo`yishga harakat qilib kelayotgan O`zbekiston bozori uchun ham katta ahamiyat kasb etadi. Shu munosabat bilan Malayziyada o`tkazilgan tadqiqot asosida (Md Siddique E Azam va boshq., 2021) O`zbekiston, xususan, Buxoro shahrida halol yorliq asosida restoran xizmatlarini taqdim etib kelayotgan ovqatlantirish muassasalarida holat yuzasidan tegishli xulosalar qilishga qaror qilindi.
