This article analyzes the current state of the social services system in Uzbekistan,
its institutional transformations, and development trends. The research problem focuses on
assessing the effectiveness of social services, identifying regional disparities, and conducting a
systematic study of existing challenges. The study applies statistical analysis, comparative
approach, institutional analysis, and SWOT methodology. The findings indicate that in recent
years the targeted social assistance system has been improved and digitalization processes have
intensified; however, disparities in service quality and resource allocation across regions still
remain. The author proposes a comprehensive system of indicators for evaluating the efficiency
of social services.
