Abstract

This article analyzes the main approaches to evaluating managerial skills, which play a crucial role in selecting and developing effective managers within organizations. Methods such as competencies, managerial skills, behavioral approaches, and 360° assessments are discussed. The article also compares foreign and local experiences, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. Additionally, the article provides recommendations for organizations to create an effective evaluation system for managerial skills, helping to improve the qualifications of managers and preparing them for successful leadership
