Many modern mobile applications and online services aim to promote online shopping, but the impact of tourism-specific apps on the tourism market and related industries has not been sufficiently explored and much research needs to be done in this area. This research paper analyses the global development of the Internet and the growing need for mobile applications to promote tourism services, draws relevant conclusions and makes specific suggestions for the development of an InclUZ mobile application.
