ВОВЛЕЧЕННОСТЬ СОТРУДНИКОВ И ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННАЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ: РОЛЬ КОММУНИКАЦИИ, ГОЛОСА СОТРУДНИКОВ, УЧАСТИЯ И ПРОЦЕДУР РАССМОТРЕНИЯ ТРУДОВЫХ СПОРОВ

Аннотация

Вовлеченность сотрудников является одним из ключевых факторов,
влияющих на организационную эффективность, производительность труда и долгосрочный
успех организации. В статье методом систематического обзора литературы анализируется
влияние внутренней коммуникации, голоса сотрудников, участия в принятии решений и
процедур рассмотрения трудовых споров на вовлеченность. Исследование проведено по
подходу PRISMA: поиск в базах Scopus, Web of Science, Emerald Insight и Google Scholar
дал 412 записей, в итоговый анализ включены 38 источников. По данным Gallup, доля
вовлеченных сотрудников в мире снизилась с 23% в 2022 году до 20% в 2025 году, а потери
мировой экономики оцениваются в 10 трлн долларов США в год. Отдельно анализируются
нормы Трудового кодекса Республики Узбекистан как институционального слоя
вовлеченности.
