This research was carried out within the framework of the priority area of the
Republic's science and technology development: "Development of democratic and legal society,
spiritual-moral and cultural development, and the formation of an innovative economy." The
research methods include historical and theoretical research, inductive and deductive research
types, comparative analysis and selective observation, monographic and systematic analysis,
economic-mathematical methods of analysis, as well as forecasting methods.
